To search MLS, click above tab “Search MLS Listings,” and choose MLS, and search “Homes”, “Hilton Head Island/Off Plantation Area 14.” The legal address will give the neighborhood name. To give an idea of the range of homes and prices, on March 1, 2007, there were 60 homes for listed for sale for under $500,000, starting in the low $200,000’s. There are too many to list all individually on a website with individual information.
Some of these communities are:
Allenwood, Ashton Cove, Bay Pines, Bermuda Pointe, Bradley Beach, Broad Creek Landing, Cedar Woods, Chinaberry Ridge, Cedar Woods, Crosswinds, Middleton Place, Oak View, Old Woodlands, Old House Creek, Peregrine Pointe, Point Comfort, Seagrass Landing, Seaside, Singleton Beach, Squires Gate, Timbercrest, Victoria Square, Wild Horse Road, and Yacht Cove.

Hilton Head Island has many villa (condominium and townhouse) complexes located in many off-plantation areas, not in gated communities. Many of these are more affordable than complexes in gated communities. To search MLS, click the above tab “Search MLS Listings,” and search “Villas,”
“Hilton Head Island /Off Plantation Area 14.” The legal address will give the name of the complex. To give you an idea of the range of villas and prices, on March 1, 2007, there were 257 villas listed for sale from $65,000 to $399,000. There are too many to list all complexes with individual information.
